TAG were engaged to develop concept plans for two subdivision sites in Coodanup just south of Mandurah, WA. The sites were in close proximity to the Peel inlet and public open space.
Concept designs were sought to test the feasibility of increased density within the predominantly single residential precinct. The proposal demonstrates higher density living achieved without impacting the amenity of the area.
This scheme successfully proposed a total of 18 dwellings across three sites varying from 2000 to 2134 square metres each by producing a series of “courtyard” units each with its own street frontage and private courtyard.
