Supreme Court of Western Australia Masterplanning to 2031

TAG in consultation with project manager Cary Consulting, prepared a new business case study to address the long standing accommodation deficiencies and anticipated future growth of the Supreme Court of WA.

The study focused on the creation of a significant high quality Justice facility which integrated the historic 1903 building, the 1987 annexe, and a new building located in adjacent heritage gardens. The study also addressed the feasibility of expanding “off site”, utilising existing government buildings.

TAG developed space and area requirement schedules used to develop property models, each analysed in terms of capital and operational costs and functional benefits.
